The North Carolina Department of Juvenile Justice & Deliquency Prevention funds the SOS program, which targets middle school youth during after-school hours.

EDSTAR is the program evaluator for SOS. We provide on-going support for data collection that is critical and required. The evaluation documents who was served, how, and how the children benefited. Quality evaluation is critical to continued funding.
