EDSTAR, Inc., a woman-owned private firm specializes in educational program evaluation and has extensive experience evaluating federal and state grant-funded programs generally and programs that serve k-16 education specifically.

With nearly two decades of experience evaluating grant-funded programs, EDSTAR has learned to help school systems and agencies make the transition from accountability for implementing programs and serving certain demographic groups, to outcome based accountability that requires having pre and post data for documenting improvements in achievement, behavior, or other measurable outcomes. We understand the obstacles that make this transition difficult and we help our clients overcome them.

We have created a new business that focuses exclusively on helping create the infrastructure and support for implementing data-driven processes. We use the resources of EDSTAR Analytics to facilitate our program evaluations.
